Still missing 50 coins

Support team did nothing to help me recive 50 coins that I have bought on the new patch release date. It has been almost 2 months. I tried to buy pack of 50 coins but it took money and coins did not show up. I waited several hours and try to buy one more time and this time coins was delivered. Still missing 50 coins. I'm more than disappointed about your support team communication.

From what I understand, support has been swamped since they released PoE2 early access. You could reach out again, but I've heard that puts you further back in the queue.

Maybe you'll get lucky and someone from support will see this and look into your issue, but I wouldn't count on that.

The bug report forum isn't the best place for this type of feedback, though. Maybe a moderator can move it to the appropriate forum?
