Playstation blames you

Alright so I purchased poe2 right at launch, all has been well until your recent season. Since then I cannot play the game.

I purchased it on a master account and now cannot play it on my alt account where I have spent 100's of dollars.

It says authentication has failed and I need to purchase it on the secondary account.

PSN say this is not a them issue and ran through all trouble shooting tips.

So now it's back to you, it's failing authentication on your servers and telling me it's not purchased.
