New PC Recommendations for Late 2025, early 2026

Hello everyone!

As the title suggest I wish to invest into a new gaming PC - the current plan is to play mostly POE1 and POE2.

I am NOT parallel with this domain, however I got very limited recent information about POE in general - from what I understood it is pretty CPU heavy.

I would like to ask anyone who has a bit of time to write the setup where the game actually works well (120+ fps), or even maybe suggest whether I am about to buy the right components.

I wish to spend approx. 1800 EUR for the whole PC, with the following main components:
- Ryzen 7800X3D
- Radeon 9070 XT 16 GB

Some questions:
1) Is it worth to buy the Ryzen 9800X3D? --> From what I understood it is a better allrounder CPU, but in games there is no actual benefit.
2) From the following thread I understand that POE works better on Radeon video cards, could anyone confirm this? --> I wish to play on 1440p
