Winter Dragon Footprints MTX bugged

I just bought this MTX and it's currently missing the actual footprint portion, which is blue/white in colour. The only visible portion is the secondary effect, specific to the Winter Dragon skin line.





A fix or a refund would be appreciated, cheers!
