Suggestion for Heist Improvement (mostly for SSF)

It would be very cool if we could sell contracts like we can other items 5 to 1 randomized base so if the player wants and he has an abundance of contracts he can try to better target farm certain types of heist rewards. Or if we could trade them with Whakano for a randomized heist matching the same heist level, or something along those lines.
