I have two source lucky lighting hits
One from heart of the well and other from lighting rod passive skill.
They are works together? I’m using 90% physical dmg, it’s counting that aswell?

"Lucky" just means that it rolls twice and takes the better one. So they don't stack. Other effects may modify what lucky (or unlucky) rolls do, like Azadi Crest, which makes lucky effects roll three times and take the best.
