storm brand

Hey guys i don't know about you, but I'd like to see storm brand buff this skill this skill has so little dps it need some buffs...
i wouldnt say storm brand is ok when u need 5 tics to kill white mob in act2 not even talk about a rare mob LOL gl leveling with it not mention end game
i dont wanna to compete with pb but atleast to be playable

Storm Brand is ok

Penance Brans is not. as long as PB exists in current shape there is NO logical reason to use Storm Brand

the problem is not Storm Brand, but PB - precisely the conversion chain and TWO extra scaling vectors you get (+ the mechanic itself): 'as extra' and 'conversion double dip'. no lightning skill can compete with phys->lightning starting conversion skill because it lacks TWO extremely efficient scaling vectors

making Storm Brand compete with PB will require ~doubling its damage and that would make all other spells look like sh

again, problem is Penance Brand and how easy it is to scale
