Arbiter of Ash Portal Effect lacking

I recently just bought the Arbiter of Ash portal effect on POE2 and I'm honestly a bit.. well really disappointed. I do think the summon, idle and the portal death animation looks cool, but I must point out that they are lacking in features that other portals with the same prices have.

1st I noticed that it doesn't have a feature where the portal closed when players walk away from it when other portals with the same price does (e.g. Breach Hedron Portal Effect, also 180 points)
2nd I noticed that it has little to no glow effect at all which makes it very lackluster, unlike the Breach Hedron one that has a super cool strong glow that lights up the area.

I'm wondering if this is a bug or a feature that hasn't been added yet for the Arbiter of Ash Portal in particular.
I would be happy to hear the response from the dev regarding this.
