Crossbow

Hello not sure where this thread should be.

So i played with bow and then i swapped to crossbow i cant move and i cannot do any skills. I checked all required str/int/dex for the skill, support gems and even the crossbow everything is correct but for some reason when clicking on the skills nothing happens and i also cant press on the tp/waypoints/stash or anything else but works fine if i swap away from crossbow to bow or anything else, i Checked steam forum and it seems a few people have this issue. is there anything to do?

Some saod try to roll to reset some said go to stash and then equip the crossbow
have tried every stupid thing that i read ''could fix this'' but really nothing doing it.
