Buying EA on steam twice

Hello guys!
So the question is if i buy poe2 twice in my steam account do i get 2 ea code and the 600 coin aswell ?
I selled some stuff in steam and got enough wallet money to buy the game for me and to my friend aswell, but since im greedy af i wanted to get the 600 coin and i want to give the code to my friend :D
