Can't Send or Receive Invites

Just wondering when you guys are going to fix this ongiong party invite situation. As it stands neither I or my husband can join up and play in a party. We have done all the bells and whistles to try to fix it on our side, watched all the videos on YouTube that suggest what to do to clear up any roadblocks. We can visiti each other's hideouts, we can trade, we can chat, we just cannot send or receive party invitation. At this point, we won't be spending any more real money until this is fixed. Please fix this asap.
