in case async is introduced in 3.27

please add a virtual lock on other items in the trade tab when buying an item to only make it possible to buy the specific item you wanted on the first click.
after that every other item should unlock and you can buy whatever.

this is in order to combat ppl placing similar looking (worthless) items next to the good ones and selling them for jacked up prices.
