Petition for Incubator, Tattoo and scouting reports

Hey guys,

I would like to create a petition for Incubator, tattoo and scouting reports stash tab. As you progress thoroughout the league, some items become useless or overflow of unwanted items. I believe we can have another stash tab under Fragments or different stash tab that has all of them included. Please sign your signature down below. Thanks for the help.
