Private Server Wide Crashes and Latency

Not specified on one PC but just about everyone is experiencing it. Every 3-5mins Latency kicks in to over 1000 and if you lucky it does not kick you. please help as it is highly affecting game play.

We can just be sitting in base not doing any thing and still be kicked. Then most time we have to full close game and reload in order to get back in. Imagine doing this 20x a day or more. Its a PAID server WE should be able to get a littel support for this
