Eu Servers huge latency spikes

For 2 days I've been dealing with constant latency spikes going from 50ms to 300ms every few seconds in both poe1 and poe2, making the games unplayable. I tried Milan, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Stockholm and all servers have the same issue.

Here is my WinMTR result: https://pastebin.com/EUWUTZiG

Going by your WinMTR there is nothing GGG can do about it.

This is because the issue starts in your street, the first line is the connection to your router, which is fine, the next line is usually the distro box for your street which not only shows 5% packet loss which carries through all the rest of the hops along with latency spikes of up to 180ms (while the test ran)
This is why, no matter which gateway you select you have the same issue.

The correct recourse is to contact your ISP and provide them with the WinMTR, though their basic line test should show the issue anyway.

It's weird because this only happens in poe, everything else works fine, that's why I thought it must be GGG
PoE is very sensitive to it both packet loss and lag spikes, a design choice that makes the game feel impactful and responsive.

Other games like d3 or cod do not have the issue to the same degree, though some do have indications that you are lagging that make them unplayable (desync usually, depending oh how bad the lagspikes are)

I have a similar, but not the same problem

I didn't play for 2 months, and came back 2 days ago. Now I'm getting random disconnections for 5-12 seconds every 2-3 minutes, sometimes the lag isn't too long and the game just resumes after a long pause, but most times it times out and I have to relogin, which is very frustrating in delve

I suspect the problem may be related to my new ISP: when I tried playing via phone hotspot, I didn't experience these disconnections.

What may be the cause of this and how can I fix this? "ping 8.8.8.8 -t" shows no disconnection; WinMTR shows no packets from server's IP during ingame disconnect.

The best/simplest way for anyone here to assist or try to answer this question is doing a WinMTR via GGG's instructions from the link in the spoiler below.

Please follow the instructions ensuring to get the proper instance server IP that's experiencing the issue.

WinMTR

This is what GGG recommends:
Ensure to do this when the lag, high ping, packet loss, or connection issues are happening.

After running this test per the instructions please link the URL of the pastebin back here

The instructions are the same for PoE2, just locate the file in the appropriate installation folder.
