Random disconnects from Server NOT INTERNET RELATED

Hi,
Why is it that on certain sound proc's every now and then the game full out freezes but after showing the two cogs of reconnection it lands up carrying on where it left off.

I have died SO many times on a boss fight where it does that at random and it's extremely frustrating.

The game continues to play with two loading cogs on the screen, you cant pause, you can heal and such but you cant fight back and there's ANOTHER wasted waystone.

Please fix this. It is anger inducing.
