Cant connect to instance

To Start of with since the last update whenever i try and login in to play with my character this message pops up {Cant connect to instance}and when i finally login in and try a map the same thing again {cant connect to instance} i have tryed to change servers multiple times . verify the game files even reinstall the game again but this keeps on happening.The thing is before this update went through i didnt have this problem the game was just fine and idk what else i can do to fix this i dont even know if this is my problem or the games problem.
