Can not get game to download on the drive that has space

The download went to the c:drive where windows is located. opening the download windows says its not an approved app, I had to troubleshoot the download to get it to work. But it starts to allocate space and tells me i don't have enough space. it needs to go on the E: drive that has lots of space . what do i do?
