Game crashing

There are a lot of problems.

1. When the game was not crashing, I had the glitch "Failed to connect to instance"
So I switched servers hoping it would be fixed and it kind of worked. I play in SG, I switched to EU and I did not get that disconnection error for a bit but it would still happen time to time. Then when I tried switching back to SG, it just wouldn't work. I selected SG but still I was being put in EU. I tried many ways to fix it but I kept getting stuck in EU.

2. Now the problem I am facing is, I can't even enter the game. When I go to character selection screen, I hit Play and then it takes me to the loading screen for a bit before the whole game crashes.

I have tried Verifying files through Steam. Seemed to work the first time but then it happened again.

Please fix as soon as possible or let me know if it's a problem on my end.
