Merchant's tabs

Hi,
I don't quite understand how I can change my premium tabs to “Merchant's” ones. Under “Eligible premium tabs” I have nothing. Below "Current premium tabs" I have: Premium Stash Tabs 9 Merchant's Tabs 0 Could you please check that and help me? Last bumped on Sep 29, 2025, 4:05:59 PM

Tabs purchased after 0.3.0, quad tabs and 4 initial tabs cannot be converted.
