IS stable FPS a dream?

Hello all. I have MSI Pulse 15, 32gb ram and 4060RTX 12gb. Since this game came out i 've watched too many POE 2 FPS videos or read many guides. But i never succes to play this game in a normal way. I dont even talk about party play because i have friends and fionce to play with. But we just cant.

Is there anyone can help about this? Or any other guide you can reccomend?
