Abnormal Disconnection

On PS5 the game works fine, but when i log in with my account on PC and my character is int he Hideout I CANT LOG IN !! "Error: Failed to join any instances". It's frustating to have to log again in on PS5 to teleport do town and then relog on PC.
WHEN will you fix this ????
