Game freezing. Hot CPU

CPU: i7 - 14700k (3.4)
GPU- RTX 3060
RAM- 64 (32x2) corsair vengeance

I just changed my CPU. PoE2 was running well on my older i7- 8700 with 32gb RAM (4x 8)
Now it freezes. In monitoring my CPU i see the temps base value around 60C and when playing maps run around 75-85 with spikes up to 99C

I changed a lot of different settings and capped my fps as well. Even all low settings and 50 or 60 fps . The only thing to help the crashing was to turn off Multithreading which also means that my computer lags.

The crashing occured idle in towns too, not just in maps. Actually towns with people seem to cause a lot of CPU strain as well as maps with alot going on.

My GPU is fine and sits around 80% usage.

Limit your CPU usage to max %99 from windows power management and see if works.
