Performance Issues on Xbox Series X – Frequent Freezing and Loading Screen Bugs

I’m writing to report several performance issues I’ve been experiencing while playing Path of Exile 2 on my Xbox Series X. These problems have significantly impacted the gameplay experience and, at times, made the game nearly unplayable.
Here are the main issues I’ve encountered:
- Frequent freezing or stuttering when transitioning between areas. In many cases, the loading screen remains visible while I can still hear environmental sounds and interactions happening in the background.
- The same happens during core interactions such as opening the inventory, navigating the skill tree, or performing upgrades.
- These issues occur consistently and repeatedly, making it extremely difficult to progress or enjoy the game.
I’ve tried restarting the console and reinstalling the game, but the problems persist. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or updates regarding a potential fix or patch.
