[3.26] How to increase my damage output? (Crackling Lance of Disintegration)

Hello everyone!

As it is, survivability isn't an issue, but I'm struggling to see a way to upgrade my damage output in a way that doesn't require hundreds of Divine Orbs.

That kind of upgrade is perpetually out of my reach, so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a different mechanic or adjustment that can be made, even if it required upgrades in the range of a few Divine Orbs.
