Severe Connection Issues from Turkey – Game Unplayable (PoE 1 & PoE 2)

Hello,

I have been playing Path of Exile from Turkey for a long time. In the past, I was able to play smoothly without any major issues, but recently the situation has changed drastically. The game has become nearly unplayable due to constant lag, high latency spikes, and random disconnections.

This issue is not related to my personal internet connection or PC. I tested with different networks and systems, but the results remain the same. It clearly seems to be a server-side or routing problem affecting players connecting from Turkey.

Most importantly, this problem is present not only in Path of Exile 1 but also in Path of Exile 2. That shows it is a broader infrastructure issue impacting both games.

This severely damages the gameplay quality and makes it impossible to properly enjoy the game. As a paying player, I also feel that I am not receiving fair value for the money I have spent.

I kindly request that you investigate these connection and server problems for players in Turkey and provide a solution.
