Bought supporter pack justice on steam for poe2

It's been 3 days I have not seen the cosmetic or points show up on my steam account. This was from the steam side bought supporter pack justice. I needed it to buy merchant and map tabs this season. I checked everything I could on steam says contact ggg for support. Dlc shows I purchased on my steam account library. I have early access.
