(Small bug) Twitch drops not showing in game 9 days later

This time however I went to go try borderlands for a few days and forgot the cloak of the abyssal even dropped until I came back on today and saw myself still wearing the exiles cloak, (all my other mtx is still unavailable), I checked twitch to see if I did claim it in the end or just left it sitting in the twitch inventory & saw that it was claimed 9 DAYS AGO and yet I still don't have it in game.
