My item and currency is disapperd out of knowhere

The problem started when I was playing Path of Exile 2 as usual—just 1 to 2 rounds. After that, I decided to take a break and play other games for about 1 to 2 hours. When I reopened PoE 2, I was shocked to find that all the items equipped on my character were suddenly gone. I checked my currency tab, and all the important orbs had disappeared. I have no idea how this happened, and I didn’t make any transactions to sell the items I was using.

Another issue I noticed was on the official website. When I checked my account, I saw an unfamiliar email address linked to it. I bought the game through Steam, so I was surprised to see an email I don’t recognize associated with my account. I never added it, and it’s definitely not mine.
