Ardura Caravan portal not working ( Trial of Sekhemas ruined)

After I fully completed all 4 parts of the Sekhemas Trial and killed the final boss, I created a portal and traveled to the caravan to move loot from my backpack into the stash. However, I couldn’t return through the portal I had created — it was there, but it didn’t work. After using a regular portal, I returned to Balbal, who told me that the trial had failed. A huge amount of time and nerves were wasted for nothing, and I am very disappointed. I demand that this trial be counted as completed
