falied to join instance becaruse : Disconnect setver

My character is stuck in Abyss Mode. This is my main character that I play, but I encountered an issue where I cannot move out of that spot due to a server disconnection. I would like the support team to help move my character out as soon as possible. I would really appreciate it.

I have already tried everything, including restarting my internet connection and staying logged out of the game for a while, but the problem still persists. Other characters of mine can return to the Hideout or Town normally, but this one cannot.

Ctrl+click on "play" and opt to respawn in town/hideout.
