Usually don't get verification code to log into website

I'm on a PS5 account, and therefore need to log onto the site via the Playstation Network to be able to post in the forum or use the trade search. However, it's often a huge hassle to actually log on. Why? Because it takes many attempts to get the verification code on SMS on the phone. Maybe this is more of a Sony issue than a GGG one, I don't know, but it's very frustrating.

All I get is a not-very-helpful error code about "Can't connect to the server" and a long string of characters.

If the site kept me logged in, it wouldn't be such a big issue, but I need to log on via PSN each time. And I've seen many others with apparently the same issue.

Not sure why you moved this into the Museum instead of addressing it, but this keeps happening, almost every time I try to log on. It's why I have to reply with the old PC account now, because thankfully it works to log on with that one.

Sometimes it works first time I enter the password (I use a password manager), and then I get the sms on my phone and it's fine. But 95% of the time I get nowhere, because of that "Can't connect to the server" error that keeps spitting out after around 5 seconds after I hit "Sign in". Don't know what the issue is, but it's very frustrating.
