Network issues

For past few days I've been experiencing severe ping spikes. I'm playing in central Europe, usually connected to Frankfurt or Milan server.
My network connection is fine (up to 600Mb/s), and I have no problems with other games/ apps.
I've tried reinstalling the game, changing networks, changing servers but nothing worked. Sometimes I have no issues when in hideout but once I open a map I'm unable to play as sometimes ping jumps to 15k or even higher. Or I've got high ping in one map but on other one it's acceptable.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Thanks in advance for help and answers.

Ping goes up to 20 seconds and more and it also disconnects often for around last week
