game freezing

Hey can i play this game without it freezing every other map? thank you

Unfortunately, nobody's going to be able to help you until it has at least been established whether the freezing is being caused by a server connectivity problem or a client-side performance issue. Could you show us a screenshot of the in-game performance metrics taken while having the problem?

I have the same problems, and you're not alone. If you read Reddit threads or the Steam forums, you'll find lots of people experiencing the same issues. just use search "latency" and you'll see.
This is a problem on the developers' end, yet they're not doing anything about it for some reason.

I have a freeze when playing on my Steam Deck (OLED). It will always freeze in my first map and kick me out. After relogging, everything is usually fine for the rest of my play session.

It's fine in maps cause you log in and pick up from where you DC'ed. It's super annoying in Trial/Sanctum. You DC there and you get kicked out and lose your currency to open the door.
