For people with FPS tanking issues

Hey guys, after spending some time messing around with settings in hope for a solution for massive FPS drops during action packed mapping adventures I finally found a solution that I will share with you guys in hope to save y'all the trouble I went through.

Here's the step to follow :

1- To to Options, open the Graphics Tab
2- Change upscale mode to "NIS (Default)
3- Adjust Sharpness to approx 25% depending on your preference.

FPS might seems a bit lower when idle, but it will be much more constant during high demand periods.

P.S I am not sure why but it seemed my CPU usage was tanking and GPU idling during high demand periods wich caused massive FPS drops.

By setting upscaling to default it loaded back the GPU and CPU is less in demand for some reason it feels like upscaling was using the CPU for AI calculation to generate fake frames.

Short story, DLSS sucks.

nis doesnt behave good at all for me.

fsr no upscale looks the best but doesnt like working hard.


i gotta use dlss for best all rounder. "quality" if im on a very simple build or "performance" if im using cluster ballistas or vaal guards for example.


theres such a huge disparity between skills performance-wise it's crazy.
hope they optimize and tweak the outliers.
