Temporal Chains and Frozen Ground Map Mods Very Common

Hi,

During this league, I've been experiencing an excessive number of Regals with Temporal Chains and Frozen Ground. I believe this mod is much more common than expected. They're both very annoying and disrupt the gameplay feel. I basically skip them all.

I'm just reporting why these two mods are so common!
