Corrupted nexus bug

I completed a T6 corrupted nexus as required by the quest, but when I killed the map boss it did not spawn the corrupted boss. The map was then completed, and the surrounding maps were cleansed, but I did not get the atlas skill points and cannot get them from Doryani.
