Stormcaller Arrow Won't Cast Intermittently, Have to Unshare Weapon Set to Fix

When using Stormcaller Arrow as Weapon Set 2 with a shared weapon set on using controller, when I press the button it won't cast, every once in a while it might go out as I am running around but to fix it I have to go to inventory hit the Y button to unshare set, share it again and then it works fine.

When zoning in it's bugged, I have to reset it 100% of the time.

I think it's a similar issue as this below which was fixed in 0.3c

"Fixed a bug where allocating the same weapon for each weapon set with the Giant's Blood Keystone allocated could cause your second weapon set to become invalid after area transitions."
