Overwhelming Presense Buff Spirit Gem

Hi,

I think in the recent patch, the overwhelming presence buff(spirit gem) is no longer working and has been bugged. I don't see the buff icon on the top-left of my screen, and i also tried to hover over enemies and see if the debuff is on them. i couldn't see any icon debuff on them.
