Invincible black crow boss bug

Cleansed t15 waypoint.
After getting to 3/4hp, Black Crow became invincible. Keeps chasing and hitting me, but impossible to damage. No bell sequence, either. Last bumped on Sep 12, 2025, 7:45:23 PM

He has Volatile Crag, and slow resistant mods if that helps.
