Bugged map boss, failed map

Hi, we just went for red map boss, it was Manoki, on first try we died so we tried him again and when he went to second phase, he knocked us down on floor and we couldn't stand up and boss just bugged on one spot, we tried reconnect if it helps to unbug him, but did not. so we esc to char. creation and click on hideout. to somehow get out, because we can't teleport out of the boss arena when the boss is alive.
We tried to go on another map, tried to reset it, but no, now it is map red and it just says Map Failed.. is there any way to just reset the map or am I just unlucky because the game is broken? :))
