Hammer of Kamara - Act 3 Molten Vaults - Doesnt drop

After killing the boss in the Molten Vaults of Act 3, the Hammer of Kamara doesnt drop and the quest just stays uncompleted.

The normal loot drops fine.

I have done it on several characters this league, all of them have been able to complete the quest fine, but while on my new warrior the hammer doesnt drop, tried resetting the instance and doing it again, same bug.

Same is happening with me, warrior as well, tried twice and no Kamasa drop, just regular loot.
