Blink weapon swap bug

I've tried to put Blink on weapon set II only and it doesn't work even if I have enough spirit on this set. Roll changes only when I turn off spirit reservation on weapon set I. What more it works on both sets somehow when it should be turned on only on second set.

Was changed in 0.3:

"Blink, Convalescence and Sacrifice can no longer be activated in specific weapon sets. They are now required to be active in both weapon sets, and will fail to activate if this is not possible."
