The Mansion can make the already activated towers to be available again

Before the patch 0.3.0c this mansion was bugged (inaccessible) and tower just beside it was fully activated with 3 tablets.

After the patch, one of the maps nearby the mansion got shiny ring indicating that it has one of the mansion activation stones. But after I've completed it, the ring moved to the tower and made available again. It means that I can complete it again and put a new set of tablets.

The effect of the old tablets is still present.
