Diamora BUG - Froze in place after defeating

Think I killed her too quick? I am a level 51 Titan and well, killed her very quick and when she died I was rooted in place on the south side of the pool on the outer edge so when the Hooded One comes along, I'm too far from him to click or interact with him.

Lost all the loot and of course a Unique dropped and a few lovely items I would have loved to have. I had to "Respawn at checkpoint" to regain control of my character.
