Tier 2 Six-Mod Waystone Not Opening Portal After Well of Souls

Hello, I have encountered a bug with a specific Tier 2 six-modifier Waystone: after identifying it in the Well of Souls, when I place it into the Atlas device and click Traverse, no portal opens. This issue seems to be isolated to this particular Waystone, as earlier today I successfully ran other Tier 2 six-modifier Well of Souls-identified Waystones without any problem. I have already relogged and restarted the game but the issue persists.
