Bug report number ? Game freeze after spending too much time on Microtrasaction

Hello,
I was quietly browsing microtransactions
when I cam back the the game, game is almost frozen.
Can move, can do action
I can use the sortcut, to map, inventory, microtransaction, exit menu,; but that s all
animation in the background are frozen and character is frozen.
