Passive skill "Gigantic Following" decreases too much spirit reservation

The skill is supposed to be reducing spirit reservation efficiency by 25%, but it's currently 30%. Raging spirits says it takes 30 spirit, but with Gigantic Following, it now takes 40 Spirit. It also affects Skeletal Frost Mage, going from 68 spirit to 91, despite not being listed as a "minion" skill, but it doesn't affect Skeletal Sniper which is the same kind of skill.
