Mana Tempest still bugged

Maby 9/10 times when you press the spell, it doesn't go off.. Nothing happens..
Sometimes you can spam like 3-4 times before it goes of even if it's not on cooldown and I have the mana for it.

I have tried putting in on another button to check if the keyboard isn't working correctly but same issue..
