Receiving Acsendancy points issue

I completed the Trial of the Sekhemas twice, but my character did not receive the last 2 ascendancy skill points.

How many floors did you complete? For the 7th and 8th ascendancy point, you need to do all 4 floors, kill the Trial of Time boss, then click the altar in the reward room to get the points.

Hi! I completed all 4 floors. After killing the Trial of Time boss, I clicked the altar in the reward room multiple times, but nothing happened—no prompt and no Ascendancy points were granted.
